The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala Strengthens its Field Partnerships with a Visit to Karbala Agricultural City

        Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, a delegation from the college conducted an official visit to Karbala Agricultural City. The visit aimed to enhance institutional cooperation and support the development of the veterinary sector in line with the agricultural development needs of the governorate.

The delegation reviewed existing projects and specialized infrastructure, exploring mechanisms for utilizing the college’s academic and research expertise to serve livestock and improve veterinary health, thereby contributing to increased livestock production efficiency.

The visit also included discussions on opportunities for employing college graduates in veterinary and production projects. This would enhance the alignment of educational outcomes with labor market demands and strengthen the college’s role as an active partner in the development of the veterinary sector.
