Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Wefaq Jabouri Al-Bazi, and within the series of scientific activities related to the college, the Continuing Education Division organized a workshop entitled: Forgery of official documents and documents related to student affairs, in which the teacher Dr. Murtaja Abdul-Jabbar Mustafa and Mr. Essam Muhammad Hassan Jawad attended, with the participation of a number From college members and in the discussion room. The workshop aims to identify the concept of the crime of forging documents in general, its types, and how to deal with it, in addition to shedding light on the penalty for forgery imposed by Iraqi law and its repercussions, especially regarding students. The workshop touched on several topics, including introducing the concept of the crime of forging official student documents and documents, explaining its types, and explaining the legal penalties in the event of forging students’ documents and papers according to the legal instructions contained in the Iraqi Penal Code, and raising awareness in this regard.
