The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, agreed to address students’ critical cases in the first round of final exams in universities.
The text of the decision stated that the councils of colleges and institutes are authorized to grant specific treatment degrees to universities after the end of the first-round exams (for the annual, semester and course systems) to be for the purpose of changing the student’s status from failure to success or reducing the number of subjects in which the student failed.
