Dear students who are about to register in Iraqi universities due to the organizational purposes undertaken by the Ministry of Higher Education, the agreement of the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Naeem Al-Aboodi obtained the cancellation of (student sponsorship) from the Student Affairs Procedures Manual, as the statement stipulated the cancellation of the student sponsorship paragraph at the beginning of the next academic year (2025-2026) from the Student Affairs Procedures and Admission Controls Manual, while maintaining the #كفالة of graduate students and students of public private education morning and evening.
