Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Wifaq Jubouri Al-Bazi, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, within the framework of the activities of the programs of the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education 2022-2031, organized a workshop entitled (The Concept of Organizational Structures) in which Eng. Abeer Fadel Khudair lectured with the participation of a number of specialists.
The workshop aims to identify the organizational structures of business management in governmental or private institutions, which would divide and distribute tasks, responsibilities and powers starting from the highest position to the lowest professional rank to achieve the general objectives and smoothness of work.
The organizational structure helps companies in organization, through which departments and functions of the organization can be identified, and an appropriate sequence of performance of tasks and responsibilities can be developed to help the work team understand the nature of their work and the limits of responsibilities for each employee.
