The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of 50 Indian scholarships for the academic year 2026/2025.
The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations explains that the scholarships are intended for Iraq for bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees for the academic year 2026/2025, and that the deadline for application is Wednesday, 4/30/2025.
