The Times has announced the results of its 2025 edition of the Asian University Rankings, in which eight hundred and fifty-three universities from thirty-five countries around the world competed.
The Technological University ranked (401-500) globally among twenty Iraqi universities: Sulaymaniyah, Middle Euphrates Technical, Muthanna, Nahrin, Central Technical, Mustansiriyah, Northern Technical, Salahuddin, Tikrit, Qadisiyah, Anbar, Babylon, Baghdad, Basra, Diyala, Karbala, Mosul, Dhi Qar and Wasit.
The evaluation of the competing universities is based on the indicators of teaching environment (24.5%), research environment (28%), research quality (30%), international openness (7.5%), and industry (10%).
