The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the launch of the application window for both the candidacy modification channel and the admission channel for students graduating from the previous year 2024/2023.
The electronic application for both channels (general and martyrs’ families) via the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq) will continue until the end of the official working day on Sunday, 10/8/2025.
To clarify for the student (deferred or failed) wishing to amend the candidacy, the application procedures begin by reviewing the accepted university to activate the exam number, while the activation of the exam number for students from the families of martyrs is exclusively through the Martyrs Foundation.
