The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, directed all universities to ensure and observe the administrative rights of teachers and employees and deal responsibly with their legal entitlements without any delays or delays.
The Minister of Education stressed the importance of establishing a positive environment based on the strict application of the laws and regulations in force, especially with regard to granting five-year leave to employees and transferring within the geographical area in order to achieve a thoughtful balance between the interest of the academic institution and the legitimate conditions of the affiliates.
He urged the adoption of procedures that embody the spirit of the law and are consistent with its governing contexts and contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional performance in accordance with the systems and paths of digital transformation and automation adopted in the higher education and scientific research environment.
