Participation of a doctor from the College of Veterinary Medicine /University of Kerbala in a training course on responding to biological threats and communication between leaders

Participation of Assistant lect. Mustafa Abdul-Karim Hamid, a doctor of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kerbala University, in the training course held by the Higher Ministerial Committee supervising the development of programs and projects for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear safety and security, and in cooperation with the Office of Threat Reduction CTR at the US State Department.. under the title ((Responding to Biological Threats and Communication between Leaders)), where the course began on 9/6/2021 via the Internet, followed by a series of live seminars.
The course aimed to train participants in inter-agency communication and coordination in times of crisis, develop standard operating procedures, use personal safety equipment, and disinfection strategies, as well as focus on Iraq’s ability to respond to epidemics, biological attacks, and other events that disrupt bio safety and bio security systems.
