A master’s thesis was discussed in the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Karbala, in the Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology branch of the student (Muhammad Ali Nazem Khudadad) with the title: Amelioration effects of vitamin E on reproducrive system and expression of zo-1 and Vimentin in the epididymis of male rats exposed to busulfan

The study aimed to study the attenuating effect of vitamin E on the reproductive system and the gene expression of zo1 and Vimentin genes in adult male rats exposed to busulfan.
The thesis also discussed the results reached by the researcher that vitamin E has a mitigating effect on some chemical treatments, eliminating free radicals that arise from this treatment, and improving the gene expression of both genes.
