The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala held the second meeting to follow up the mechanism for implementing the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding and scientific cooperation with the Veterinary Hospital in Karbala, in the presence of Prof. Wifaq Jabouri Al-Bazi, Dean of the College, Dr. Wissam Abdul Rasoul Al-Jabri, Director of the Veterinary Hospital in Karbala, and his assistant, Dr. Amna Khudhair Al-Khafaji, and Head of the Internal and Preventive Medicine Branch, Dr.. Ihab Ghazi and Chief of the Veterinarians branch of Karbala Dr. Muhammad Asaad Saleh.
The meeting included a discussion of several axes previously scheduled in the agenda of the meeting, including developing and activating the summer training mechanism for students of the third and fourth stages, organizing joint specialized committees to oversee the implementation of volunteer work, forming a joint research team, and holding training courses, workshops and scientific seminars which support developing scientific and practical aspects. In addition to discussing several common issues between the two sides.
In appreciation of the efforts made and the fruitful cooperation between the two parties, Al-Jabri concluded the meeting with the presentation of the Creativity Shield to Dr. Wefaq Al-Bazi, Dean of the College, and Dr. Rana Abdel-Amir Jawad, Director of the Continuing Education Division.
