Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Wefaq Al-Bazi and the supervision of the Student Activities Division and the Sports Activities Unit, the College of Veterinary Medicine concluded the College championship of five-a-side football with the participation of the college teams of the five stages on the stadium of the College of Law.
The officer of the Sports Activity Unit in the College, Mr. Sajjad Nasser, said: “the annual championship of the College of Veterinary Medicine of the five-a-side football of students was crowned by the team of the third stage over the team of the fifth stage, with a penalty strokes difference after a positive tie (2-2) in the final match that took place between them”.
At the end of the championship, Al-Bazi handed over the championship cup to the winning team, and prizes were distributed to the winning teams, with the participation of Dr. Nawras Majeed Hameed, head of the Student Activities Division, and Mr. Sajjad Nasser, officer of sports activities.
