- Meeting the needs of the sections of the College in terms of materials purchased by the procurement committees, fixed supplies, equipment, writing materials, consumer and sports equipment, spare tools for cars.
- Receiving gifts and grants from the Ministry of |Higher Education and distributing them according to the instructions of the Dean of the College.
- Accounting the supplies of the sections of the College.
- To participate in the consumed committees for the purpose of writing off the consumed supplies after obtaining the authorized approvals and following up and organizing the stores with everything related to the entry and exit of materials within the records of the Equipment Division.
