The Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Dr. Wafaq Jubouri Al-Bazi, received the Director of the Department of Engineering Affairs at the Presidency of the University of Karbala, accompanied by the Assistant Dean of the College for Administrative Affairs and the Committee for Follow-up of maintenance work in research laboratory in the College.
This visit comes for the purpose of following up the maintenance work in the research laboratory in the College, supervising the process of installing and operating the generator and the laboratory’s tank, and directing the engineering staff supervising the project on some additions, changes, and observations to amend and repair them prior to receiving the project by the executing company.
It is worth noting that the maintenance of the research laboratory at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala was carried out in cooperation between the Higher Ministerial Committee overseeing the development of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Program (SMC) and the Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and in cooperation with the Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP).
