Dr. Khawla Ibrahim Abdel Nassif, a lecturer at the University of Karbala, College of Veterinary Medicine, Al-Fasalja Branch, with a group of professors at the University of Karbala, College of Education for Pure Sciences and Al-Kafeel University, obtained patent No. 8161 on 10/25/2023, tagged with (preparation of a new acid-sensitive nanocomposite polymer and its use As a drug delivery system). The study included the effect of protein delivery to the body’s cells and its release rate at an acidic level similar to the acidic level of the stomach, as well as an acidic level similar to that in the intestines at a temperature of (37°C, human body temperature).
