A workshop for post graduate students on extracting RNA from bone marrow cells

The Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmaceuticals Branch organized a workshop for postgraduate students of the Physiology Branch under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Ali Muhammad. During the practical workshop, the diagnosis of deoxyribonucleic acid extraction and measurement of the quantitative and qualitative concentration of DNA from rat bones were used. It is worth noting that nucleic acids are molecules responsible for storing and translating genetic information in living organisms. There are two types: deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA). DNA is also called “genetic material.”
