The College of Veterinary Medicine organizes a training course on the most important parasitic diseases of fish

Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Wefaq Jabouri Al-Bazi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, the Continuing Education Division, in cooperation with the Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology Branch, organized a training course entitled (The most important parasitic diseases of fish), in which the Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Odeh Khudair, the Lecturer Dr. Ibrahim Fadl Rashid, and the Assistant Lecturer Amir Hadawi Zaghirun were present. With the participation of a number of college employees and teachers. The training course aims to identify the most important parasitic diseases that affect fish, their methods of transmission and clinical symptoms, in addition to methods of diagnosis and treatment, and the most important preventive measures taken to control their spread due to the extreme importance of fish as they are among the basic sources of food. The method of dissecting fish and how to take and examine samples was also explained.
