Under the patronage and supervision of Prof. Dr. Wifaq Al-Bazi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, the first week of the free training course was concluded and in the discussion hall in the college under the name (Training Program for the Development of Administrative, Legal and Financial Skills), in which the teacher Dr. Murtaja Abdul Jabbar Mustafa / the legal side and the assistant teacher Muhammad Jalil Abis / the financial aspect, with the participation of a number of faculty affiliates and teachers, for the period 14/1/2024 for a month and two days a week.
