Prof. Dr. Mona Hussein Hassan, a lecturer at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, participated in a committee to discuss a master’s thesis at the College of Education, University of Kufa, tagged with a comparative histological study of the protective effect of valsartan and vitamin E for some members in male mice treated with doxyorpicin, for studies student Rafal Rashid Sukkar.
The study aimed to use the anti-valsatarin and vitamin E have a preventive role in reducing the moral effects resulting from the use of doxorpicin chemotherapy on the tissues of the liver, lung and kidneys and the loss of body weight in general and the organs concerned with the research in particular.
The study recommended that valsatarn and vitamin E could be used as a prevention of the effects of chemotherapy used in cancer treatments.
