Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Saleh Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala, participated in the dialogue seminar held at the Presidency of the University of Karbala to discuss the draft instructions for new scientific promotions to be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
The seminar, which was organized by the branch of the Academics Syndicate in Karbala, witnessed the presence of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, and his assistants for administrative and scientific affairs, along with the head of the Academics Syndicate branch, Dr. Munir Al-Daami, and a member of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Dr. Firas Al-Muslimawi, as well as a number of deans of colleges, professors and university employees.
The seminar discussed the developments of the new draft instructions for scientific promotions and ways to enhance academic work and develop the performance of faculty members in line with the requirements of the current stage, and the attendees stressed the importance of coordination between universities and the ministry to ensure the success of the application of the new instructions to serve the academic and scientific process in Iraq.
For his part, Dr. Al Kaabi praised the great role played by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Academics Syndicate in supporting scientific promotions, pointing out that such seminars contribute to creating a renewed academic environment that proceeds according to solid scientific standards.
