The Registration Division at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala is one of the most important administrative units that contribute to organizing and facilitating the educational process, as the Division works to provide integrated services to students, starting from admission and registration procedures to issuing academic documents and certificates.
In a statement, the official of the Registration Division, Dr. Mazen Razzaq Kazim, explained that the mechanism of work of the Division is characterized by accuracy and transparency, while adhering to the application of the regulations and instructions approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
He added: “We are keen to provide the best services to students through an advanced administrative system that takes into account the speed of completion and accuracy of data, while providing a comfortable environment that facilitates students to complete their transactions without complexity.”
Mechanism of work of the Registration Division:
Registration of new students: Accepted students are received according to official channels and ensure that their required documents such as academic documents, personal ID, and personal photos are completed.
Records Management: The Division is concerned with keeping students’ academic records accurately using modern electronic systems to ensure quick access to information when needed.
Issuance of documents and certificates: The Division works to provide academic documents, graduation certificates, and letters of support for students and graduates in accordance with the approved procedures.
Follow-up of student affairs: includes follow-up issues of transfer between colleges, postponement of study, and re-enrollment in line with university regulations.
The head of the division pointed out that all services are provided in a spirit of cooperation and responsibility, with the allocation of qualified cadres to deal with students’ inquiries and answer their questions.
