Lady Ruqayya peace be upon her. The symbol of the oppressed childhood and the voice of Hussein

     The Deanship of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University extends its warmest feelings of condolences and sympathy to the shrine of Imam al-Mahdi may Allah hasten his joy to our great authorities and all believers in the eastern and western parts of the world on the occasion of the painful anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Ruqaiya, daughter of Imam Hussein peace be upon them the oppressed child who was a witness to the tragedy of Karbala and the pains of the captivity

The commemoration of this anniversary is not only a history of an incident but also an evocation of the values of patience sacrifice and oppression, which were embodied in their highest form in Karbala to remain a beacon of guidance and a beacon of truth in the face of injustice and tyranny.

On this occasion we ask God Almighty to keep us on the path of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, and make us loyal followers of their path.
