The College of Veterinary Medicine / Karbala University announces to students wishing to transfer to and from the college that the last date for promoting transfer transactions will be on 8/17/2025 in accordance with the approved ministerial rules and instructions.
Due to the coincidence of this date with the imminent arrival of the Arbaeen visit and the disruption of official attendance for several days, the college calls on all students wishing to promote transfer transactions to start the procedures before 5/8/2025 to ensure the smooth and timely completion of their transactions.
In this context, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College, stressed the keenness of the Deanship of the College to facilitate all administrative procedures for students in order to ensure their academic rights.
Dr. Mazen Razzaq Kazim, head of the Registration and Student Affairs Division, pointed out the need for students to adhere to the specified timelines and provide the required documents to accelerate the completion of transactions.
