The Graduate Studies Division at the College of Veterinary Medicine – Karbala University
announces the application mechanism for the rotation of vacant seats (private expense) as follows:
First:
The rotation is exclusively for those who succeeded in the competitive examination from the general admission channel to the special admission channel (there is no rotation on the special seats for privileges in order to fill the vacant special expense seats, if any.
Secondly:
The electronic submission of rotation requests begins on Sunday 27/7/2025 at eight o’clock in the morning and ends on Thursday 31/7/2025 according to the ministerial signatures, and the electronic submission shall be from the applicant’s own account.
Third:
Applications are submitted electronically to the system, which issues a number and date for each application sent.
Fourth:
The applicant’s right to compete for the vacant private expense seats shall be forfeited if he/she does not send an electronic request during the above period, and no rotation request can be processed by the university until the application period ends.
