The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of (20) Turkish scholarships for Iraq provided by Istanbul Eden University for the academic year 2025/2026.
The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations explains that the scholarships are for master’s and doctoral studies and that the deadline for application is 2025/8/15.
