Guidelines for the Higher Education Reading Award Test

          The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites students registered on the Higher Education Reading Award platform to observe the guidelines for the Higher Education Reading Award electronic test, scheduled for Saturday 4 October 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Guidelines👇:

▪️ The test is conducted electronically and can be accessed via smartphones tablets or computers.

▪️ After logging into the test platform, a timer will appear to help students manage their time.

▪️ The test platform system displays a countdown timer for the time allocated to each question.

▪️ An answer is considered incorrect if the student takes longer than 45 seconds to answer the question.

▪️ The competition consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) with four alternatives, one of which is correct.

▪️ Answers are corrected electronically, and the results are displayed along with the time taken to complete the test immediately after the test is finished.

▪️ The student’s answer will be disqualified if the test interface is opened on more than one electronic device.

▪️ The test link will be published on the day designated for the electronic test and will be available on the Ministry’s official website and the Higher Education Reading Award platform.
