The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine consolidates its scientific approach with a training workshop to develop the skills of postgraduate students

    Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, the faculty hosted a distinguished training workshop entitled ‘Graduate Student Skills Development Programme’ as part of its ongoing efforts to develop research capabilities and enhance the competence of its students in the field of veterinary science.

The workshop was presented by a select group of faculty members including Professor Dr. Ihab Ghazi Mahdi Al-Mukhtar, Lecturer Dr. Fares Sahib Omran, and Assistant Lecturer Haider Ali Youssef, who addressed the most important topics related to the programme’s mechanisms and objectives in refining academic skills, raising the level of research competence, and enabling students to deal with the requirements of postgraduate studies with distinction and excellence.

In a related context, the Dean emphasised that the college always strives to create a stimulating scientific environment that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, by organising workshops and training programmes that keep pace with scientific developments and contribute to preparing researchers who possess the tools of creativity and innovation to serve society and scientific research.
