The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the online application form for the Private Government University Education Channel (Parallel Program) at public universities for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The application requirements stipulate that the applicant’s grade point average (GPA) must be at least three points below the minimum admission requirement for medical colleges, four points below the minimum for engineering colleges, five points below the minimum for science colleges, and six points below the minimum for all other disciplines.
While students who graduated in the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years are eligible to apply to this channel, the Ministry emphasizes that any previous admission (central, direct, evening, or private) will be canceled upon enrollment in the parallel program, and the student will not be eligible to return to their previous admission.
Online applications will continue to be accepted through the Department of Higher Education and Scientific Research portal click here until Monday, November 3, 2025.
