In conjunction with the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, the Scientific Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Human Rights Unit, organized an awareness campaign on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on Goal 1: Eradicating Poverty.
The campaign aims to enhance students’ awareness of the importance of combating poverty and the role of sustainable development in achieving social justice and building a more stable society, in addition to instilling a culture of social responsibility within the university campus.
The College of Veterinary Medicine affirmed its continued commitment to adopting and implementing awareness initiatives that support sustainable development and serve the community.
