The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala announced the publication of the third issue (Number 3) of Volume 1 for the year 2025 of its quarterly scientific journal, the Karbala Journal of Veterinary Medical Sciences (KJVMS). This reflects the growing scientific and research presence of the college.
This issue includes a selection of high-quality and specialized scientific research papers addressing the latest developments in animal diseases, preventive medicine, veterinary surgery, veterinary public health, and basic veterinary medical sciences. This reflects the advanced academic level of the journal and the quality of the research published within it.
The Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, emphasized that the continued publication of the journal reflects the college’s commitment to supporting serious scientific research and providing a reliable scientific platform that contributes to the development of the veterinary sector, serves the community, and enhances the university’s standing at both the national and international levels.
The journal has ISSN 3080-1540 and is officially registered with the Iraqi National Library and Archives. The college aims to have it included in international scientific databases in the future.
