The College of Veterinary Medicine Council Holds its Sixth Session and Affirms Commitment to University Presidency Directives

           The College of Veterinary Medicine Council held its sixth session, chaired by the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, to discuss a number of directives issued by the University of Kerbala and explore mechanisms for their implementation to enhance academic and administrative performance within the college.

The council addressed the directives of the University President regarding promoting scientific publishing, working to include Iraqi scientific journals in international databases, and adhering to the regulations for establishing and publishing reputable journals. It also discussed preparations for the second semester, including updating data and accurately transferring student grades through the SIS system.

The council further discussed the importance of monitoring safety and civil defense procedures, maintaining the university environment by planting greenery and updating signage, organizing regular visits to dormitories, and ensuring student discipline and adherence to university regulations.

During the session, the Dean emphasized the necessity for students to adhere to official attendance and ministerial schedules, activate the role of academic advising, prepare for final exams, and adhere to lecture schedules while maintaining the cleanliness of the college and the university environment.
