The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala, represented by its faculty, staff, and students, continues to provide services to pilgrims visiting Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) during the Arba’een Pilgrimage, embodying its humanitarian mission and its community role in serving the pilgrims.
The services provided include distributing cold water, juices, and meals; participating in organizing work within the processions; and providing logistical support and awareness guidance, all of which contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for the millions of pilgrims arriving in the holy city of Karbala.
The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Saleh Al-Kaabi, affirmed that this participation embodies the values of altruism and volunteerism and aligns with the directives of the University of Karbala’s leadership to support service efforts during the Arba’een Pilgrimage. He commended the sincere efforts exerted by the faculty, staff, and students of the college in serving the pilgrims and commemorating this blessed occasion.
