Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Awda Khudair, a faculty member at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Karbala, received a letter of appreciation from the University of Basra/Marine Science Center in recognition of his scientific efforts in evaluating research for the second issue of the 2025 issue of the Wadi Al-Rafidain Journal of Marine Sciences.
This honor comes in recognition of his distinguished contributions to the field of scientific review and his active role in supporting the quality of scientific research and enhancing its rigor according to established academic standards.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Al-Kaabi, praised this achievement, emphasizing that the participation of the college’s faculty members in the review process for journals and scientific institutions reflects their scientific competence and strengthens the college’s academic presence at both the local and international levels.
