Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Division, organized a workshop entitled “Utilizing Modern Technologies to Support the Learning of Students with Special Educational Needs.”
The workshop aimed to promote the concept of inclusive education by introducing modern educational methods and assistive technologies that contribute to improving learning opportunities and ensuring equality among students. It also aimed to empower educational staff to effectively utilize these technologies within the educational environment.
The workshop, presented by Professor Dr. Juman Khalil Ibrahim, included a presentation of the most prominent modern practices in inclusive education. Participants engaged positively, and the importance of continuing these programs in supporting the educational process and developing its outcomes was emphasized.
