The College of Veterinary Medicine organized an attendance training course about, how to synchronize estrus cycle in farm animals

Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Basem Khalil Nayel, The President of Karbala University, and Prof. Dr. Wefaq Jubouri Al-Bazi, The Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Division of Continuous Education and within the framework of its scientific activities and in cooperation with the Public Health Branch and Veterinary Surgery and Obstetrics branch , organized a free training course entitled (How to synchronize estrus in farm animals) For four days in the classroom of the animal field. Presented by Assistant Prof. Dr. Ali Jassim Jaafar, Assistant Prof. Dr. Mayada Sahib Hassan, Assistant Prof. Dr. Ali Reda Abdul Muhammad and lecturer Dr. Rana Abdel Amir Jawad.
The training course included the topic of estrus, its signs, animal behavior in this period and the factors affecting it, in addition to the possibility of synchronizing its events in farm animals (sheep, goats and cows) and identifying the most important methods used in this and the problems that accompany them and trying to control them to ensure the completion of this process and obtain the best results to raise Reproductive efficiency of the animal and increasing its fertility, as the target group for the subject of the training course was professors , employees and students of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
