The College of Veterinary Medicine organized scientific lectures in a preparatory school on the importance of veterinary medicine in society

The extracurrecular activities division at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala organized a visit to the school (Al-Balagh Preparatory School for Boys) and based on the principle (with science and knowledge, nations are built) and in line with the college’s approach and its constant endeavor to work and implement various activities in order to provide the best services to the community in various segments, including the student segment in the governorate .

This volunteer work aimed to present a scientific lecture that reviews the role and importance of veterinary medicine in society, in addition to clarifying the dangers of common diseases and how they are transmitted.

The volunteer work included the provision of some materials (sterilizers, masks and educational brochures on the importance of vaccination against the Corona virus), where the volunteer staff included students (Mortada Ali Mayouf, Muhaimin Faeq Taher, Zain al-Abidin Tahrir) and Mr. Ahmed Salem, the Scout Unit Officer
