The College of Veterinary Medicine discussed a master’s thesis on Anti hyperglycemia and antioxidant activity of rosemary and ginger extract in rabbit with induced diabetes mellitus by the student Noor Ali

The Branch of Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology at the College of Veterinary Medicine discussed a master’s thesis by the student Noor Ali on the topic: (Anti hyperglycemia and antioxidant activity of rosemary and ginger extract in rabbit with induced diabetes mellitus). In the presence of a number of researchers, professors and the students’ families, the discussion conducted on Sunday 30/10/2022 on the discussion hall in the college.
The thesis aimed at how to treat the side effects such as high fat, high blood sugar, cumulative sugar test, liver enzymes, MDA, GSH, using rosemary and ginger infusion extract in rabbits with induced diabetes mellitus. Also, the thesis discussed the results of the usage of rosemary and ginger infusion as a regulating factor for the level of sugar and fats in the blood. The thesis approved with a very good grade.
