The Department of Surgery and Obstetrics received one of the sick cases of a horse infected with a case of pneumovagina which appears in the slim horses. The infected horse belongs to a citizen in Karbala Governorate. A successful Caslik operation was performed with the necessary procedures that conducted by Dr. Falah Mahmoud Hamid, in the presence of the fifth stage students.
It is worth noting that these operations are free of charge implemented by the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala in the animal field of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
