The College of Veterinary Medicine commemorates the Victory Declaration over ISIS.

The College of Veterinary Medicine commemorated the fifth anniversary of the Victory Declaration over the terrorist organization ISIS. The commemoration ceremony attended by the Vice President of Karbala University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Negm Abdel-Hussein Negm and Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Dr. Al-Bazi. In addition, number of the University and College professors, students and staffs participated in the ceremony.

The ceremony was held by the Student Activities Division in the discussion hall the College. The celebration included an exhibition presenting pictures of the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, reciting Holy Quran (Al Fatihah) for their pure souls, reciting many poems and patriotic chants that express joy on this occasion. In addition, the presented portraits show documentaries illustrating the logistical and moral support offered by the College of Veterinary Medicine through going to hot areas and keeping pace with the stages of liberating the cities of Iraq from the filth of blasphemous terrorism.

In his speech, Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Negm said: “the Popular Mobilization Forces and the heroic Iraqi armed forces recorded honorable positions and contributed a new approach to military science of the world. In fact, our Popular Mobilization Forces presented advanced policy of defying these terrorist groups that violated Iraq and crown ed this victory in which the thorn of terrorism was broken.”

During the commemoration ceremony, Al-Bazi presented her speech, among her words: “…today we remember the victories of Popular Mobilization heroes on the battlefields. And we are proud of their triumphs, just as we are proud of those who left us and ascend as a martyr, so there is no victory except by mentioning the martyrs of Iraq.”
