In response to requests and appeals received by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from expatriate students and their parents, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi directed that the electronic form for the transfer of students from outside Iraq be reopened in accordance with the International Special Education Channel (State and Community) for the school year 2024/2023.
The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up explains that the application continues through its gate (www.dirasat-gate.org) until the end of official working from Sunday 2023/10/8 and invites students to see the transportation controls and mechanisms installed in the gate.
