The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr Naim Al-Aboudi has decided to address the cases of students whose enrolment has been suspended by returning them to their seats according to the type of study.
The text of the decision states:
First: Address the cases of students whose enrolment has been suspended by returning them to their seats according to the type of study, whether morning or evening. If they are enrolled in morning classes due to the lack of corresponding evening classes in their faculties they shall be exempted from additional fees.
Second: Addressing the situation of students whose enrolment in morning classes has been suspended, as covered by the letter from the Department of Studies Planning and Follow-up No. 5660 dated 4 April 2025. 30, appointed in accordance with the orders of the Federal Service Council and confirmed contractors in accordance with Law 315 of 2019 who wish to return to evening classes because they are employees which prevents them from attending morning classes and because there are no evening classes in their departments their studies shall be transferred to the corresponding classes at the nearest government university or private university or college at their request.
