Towards More Accurate and Professional Scientific Research… The College of Veterinary Medicine Launches a Training Workshop on Mendeley

        As part of the Scientific Research Skills Development Program adopted by the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala a training workshop titled “Using Mendeley to Manage Scientific Resources” was organized with the attendance of graduate students from various colleges at the University of Karbala.

The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Ammar Hussein Jawad, who provided a detailed explanation of how to use Mendeley to organize and manage scientific references professionally, as well as its role in facilitating the writing of academic research and ensuring the accuracy of scientific documentation. He also addressed how to create a digital library of resources and integrate them into academic editing programs in line with global scientific publishing requirements.

The workshop aims to enhance graduate students’ competence in scientific research and enhance their ability to use modern knowledge management tools, contributing to improving the quality of scientific output at the University of Kerbala.

For his part, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al Kaabi emphasized that the college continues to support academic and technical development programs for researchers and students, noting that these workshops are part of the university’s vision to enhance sound research skills and keep pace with the digital transformation in higher education.
