The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kerbala received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, in recognition of the scientific efforts exerted by the college in preparing a specialized study on establishing a sanctuary for stray dogs in the holy city of Karbala.
This honor comes in appreciation of the academic and research role undertaken by the college and its scientific vision that contributes to addressing societal, health, and environmental issues based on sound scientific and humanitarian principles.
The center praised the efforts of the college’s deanship, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asaad Saleh Al-Kaabi, and its academic staff, emphasizing that this cooperation reflects the college’s distinguished scientific standing and its active role in serving the community and supporting various institutions with expertise and specialized studies.
For its part, the college’s deanship affirmed its continued commitment to providing scientific and advisory support that contributes to serving the public interest and strengthening cooperation with religious, academic, and service institutions in the province.
