Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Wifaq Jubouri Al-Bazi, the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Karbala organized a workshop to raise awareness about breast cancer, in which Dr. Zahra Khader Kazim, responsible for the early detection of breast cancer unit in the Indian sector, lectured in the presence of the Dean of the College and a number of women affiliated with the college.
The awareness workshop aims to introduce and educate the women’s community about breast cancer, its most important symptoms, methods of diagnosis and treatment, as well as to know the most important risk factors that help increase the incidence rates, such as family history, knowledge of the treatment methods used and the most important findings of modern science.
