Under the patronage and direct supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Asad Al-Kaabi, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in cooperation with Sayyida Ruqaiya Kindergarten for orphans in the province, organized a joyful celebration on the occasion of the auspicious birth anniversary of Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba (PBUH) in an atmosphere of joy and happiness through a field visit by a delegation from the Faculty that included a number of professors and students of the fifth stage.
The celebration included a number of different paragraphs, including recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, speeches that recalled the glorious biography of Imam Hasan (PBUH) and his humanitarian positions, in addition to choral activities presented by the kindergarten children that expressed their love and attachment to the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH). The event also witnessed the distribution of gifts to the children, in a gesture that reflects the spirit of social solidarity and the promotion of noble Islamic values.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine emphasized the importance of holding such events to strengthen community ties, pointing out the humanitarian role of the college in supporting and caring for orphans in addition to its academic and scientific role. The officials of Sayyida Ruqayyah, peace be upon her, expressed their thanks and gratitude to the College of Veterinary Medicine for this kind initiative, which brought joy to the hearts of the children and put a smile on their faces.
