Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asad Saleh Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University, participated in the first international scientific conference of the College of Nursing at Karbala University, which was held in cooperation with a number of Iraqi universities and academic and health institutions, with the participation of researchers from inside and outside Iraq.
Al-Kaabi stressed the importance of enhancing the practical aspect of nursing education and linking the curricula to the needs of the labor market.
The conference, which was held under the patronage of Minister of Higher Education Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, aims to raise the level of nursing education and develop teaching tools through the exchange of academic and field experiences.
The conference concluded with a set of recommendations that will enhance the outcomes of nursing education and improve the quality of health care in Iraq.
