Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asad Al-Kaabi, the Gender Equity Unit in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit organized a workshop entitled “The Role of Education in Achieving Gender Equality” lectured by Assistant Professor Zaid Wafaq.
The workshop addressed the importance of education in achieving balance and equality between men and women and its role in building a more conscious and just society. The lecturer emphasized that education contributes to eliminating gender differences and creating equal opportunities for development and success.
The workshop was attended by a number of students and faculty who showed great interaction with the topic, emphasizing the importance of continuing such initiatives to create a fair and inclusive university and community environment.
