The College of Veterinary Medicine organizes a seminar on employee integrity and its impact on the public service

             Under the patronage and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asad Al-Kaabi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University, the Legal Division, in cooperation with the Gender Justice Unit, organized a seminar entitled: “Employee Integrity and its Impact on the Public Service” as part of a series of activities aimed at promoting the concepts of integrity and transparency in the institutional work environment.

The seminar addressed the importance of integrity as a key value in the performance of the public employee and its pivotal role in raising the level of job performance and enhancing citizens’ confidence in official institutions.

The discussion also highlighted the negative repercussions of the absence of integrity and the waste of public money, poor efficiency of administrative bodies and the disintegration of the institutional structure.

Dr. Abbas Salman Muhammad Ali lectured in the seminar in the presence of a number of faculty members, staff and students, whose interventions contributed to enriching the discussion and highlighting various visions on mechanisms to promote professional behavior based on honesty and responsibility.
This activity is part of the college’s approach to consolidate the culture of integrity and ethical commitment, in order to enhance the performance of the educational institution and keep pace with the anti-corruption trends.
