The college of Veterinary Medicine at Karbala University continues its field activity during the Ashura visit 1447 AH through volunteer teams of students and affiliates to provide humanitarian and health services in a number of axes within the province.
The efforts included the distribution of water, food and awareness brochures on the prevention of common diseases such as hemorrhagic fever, in addition to providing first aid by supporting medical detachments in the city center.
The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asad Al-Kaabi, emphasized that field participation enhances students’ skills and translates the college’s humanitarian and scientific mission in serving the community and visitors.
